25lbs in 5 weeks!

Hi Chaps,

Went to the LL office this morning for a weigh in as I missed the session on Monday evening.

I have lost another 5 lbs - that's 25lbs in 5 weeks.

I can't believe that I am so near to target. If I lose another stone I will be within normal limits for my height. I will be normal!!!!!!!!!! - no longer overweight - Can't wait! Oh joy!!

I am hoping to lose another 4 or 5lbs in the coming week - where's that water?
