well i am still doing this and being 100% my hunger is not as bad as it has been in the last few days.

the sun is helping me feel on top of things and i am off for a girlie weekend for my sisters birthday and i am planning on sticking to SS

Well done for keeping it up, the sunshine definately helps keep you in the right mood. If you can stick to SS for your weekend that would be fantastic and it will make you feel stronger than ever. Today is a good day, I can just feel it.

cheers lisa i am planning to stick to it this weekend and its to hard to go through that first week again so that will keep me going.
