If I stick to 100% do you all think a loss of 2lbs a week is possible? My weight seems to jump but I'm thinking on average. Like I will be ok with one week of a 1lbs loss and 3lbs the next. Btw I'm around 14st area, as it seems the lower you get the slower the weight falls off.
i don't see why 2lbs a week isn't possible, i'm aiming for 4lbs a week myself in order to reach my goal by christmas. might be a bit unrealistic but everybody is different.
I did Lighterlife for 14 weeks in 2005 (before being widowed) I lost 64 pounds in total an average of 4.5 pounds per week. I don't do gym (I do like to walk) I had one day off when I was invited to lunch at the House of Lords. Okay I was 7 years younger then and started off higher, but I see no good reason not to achieve a similar average now.
