Haven't been on in a while. First time round I was 13 st 6 and went down to 11st 5. Took a break and maintained back on it now week 1 7lbs, week 2 4lbs and week 3 2lbs. My original target was 140 pound cause it seemed so far from my starting weight. Now I'm 10 st 6. Want 6 lbs gone by Christmas. Coming off it for a break and going to maintain then a third stint to meet my new target of 9 st. For those who want to come off it for Christmas I found the break good and it was okay going back on, not too difficult.
