Feeling good. Not as hard as I thought it would be in my first few days, but maybe that's because i am not fully ss'ing. I am in 'preparation' for ss having 2 shakes/soups a day and a protein rich food and veg from the 810+ menu.
I never feel hungry but my stomach rumbles occasionally.
But the weekend is soon approaching and with the other half eating like a horse, i am sure this is where i will struggle most
Still, i won't be defeated.
Really want to be in Ketosis but don't think that will come until next week after weigh in 1 when i hopefully begin ss.
