Well done you. I believe it's that kind of thing that can be the hardest habits to break.

I know what you mean about being 'in the zone' - I'm the same. Been going since the end of June now, and even though I feel like I'm going slowly (been away twice, so 2 weeks holiday + 2 weeks poor results as a consequence), I still feel like I'm mentally 'with it' this time round.

Long may our 'in the zone-ness' continue! :D
