Hi, this is the first time I have followed the Dukan diet. I am on day 2 of 6 days of attack. I have about 6/7 stone to lose so I know this is going to take a long time. I previously (about 5 years ago) lost 6 stone with Slimming World, but put it all back on once I stopped.
I am am struggling to eat enough meat as I am not usually a big meat eater, but I have not been hungry so far. I have had the oat-bran galettes for breakfast both days and have yogurt in the slow-cooker as I type. I cooked a whole chicken yesterday which should be a few meals and had some steak today. A little worried about the weekend when my husband and daughter will be around. How does everyone cope with feeding their family whilst doing the attack stage?
