Well I must say I am thrilled with my loss this week of 6 1/2lb because I did fall off the wagon on Good Friday.
I was expecting sheer disapointment as my scales showed only a 2lb loss so they are going out the window lol.
It has taught me a good lesson though because I've been feeling like sh** all this weekend thinking that 1 stupid hour has ruined a whole week's worth of hard work.
I wont be doing it again!!!!!!!! :copon: Imagine what I might have lost if I had been good.
mini goals
1. get through first week Done
1.5. get through week 2.. Done but did cheat.:sigh:
2. to lose a stone Done 6.5 & 7.5 does add up to 14lb but ticker shows 13lb
3. to drop a dress size Done Now back in size 16 jeans
4. to get through week 3 without cheating.
5. to lose 2 stone
6. to drop another dress size.
more mini goals to come lol.
