    Ok so after last nights disaster, I went to my weigh in tonight. I have stayed the same:cry:

    Never mind it is a new week and I WILL lose next week!!!!

    dont worry about it at least u went for your weigh in. You will have a good loss next week. keep going and stay strong :)

    That is the best attitude to have.

    You cant change what has happened but you can make choices for the future!

    Next time you feel like cheating remember how you felt at the weigh in, that is what I do!
