Never mind it is a new week and I WILL lose next week!!!!
That is the best attitude to have.

You cant change what has happened but you can make choices for the future!

Next time you feel like cheating remember how you felt at the weigh in, that is what I do!

Personally i think you're doing well because you've recognised your mistakes and have taken steps towards getting back on track!
