Hi all,
Well the second week has passed ok not to bad apart from the Chicken Bhuna Takeaway on the wed night which I thought would have blown it but God did I enjoy it after a week of melba toasts,pickled onions and yogurts Lol.
I got to class and stood on the scales really unsure of what I had lost as during the week it had varied so much so this week i am going to try to not weigh myself ,well not too often...and I lost 3lbs with last weeks 3.5lbs thats nearly 1/2 a stone .....Fantastic!!!
So this week I enjoyed my curry again on wed night fingers crossed i dont pay for it next wed's weigh in....
