Hey, Im new to CD, I started 8 days ago, my first weigh in lost 10lb... im hoping that I can lose at least 4lb in week 2... I have never tried CD before, Ive had other diets like weight watchers and atkins, both of which i lost weight, but not enough weekly to keep me motivated... this time its for good, finally found a diet where i feel im losing weight every week... none of this staying the same lark for me lol...

and keep you updated to my progress... fingers crossed for next Monday weigh in number 2.
