YAY another 4 lbs gone, which is my first stone in 2 weeks yippee!

My OH James started last week and he has lost 11 lbs in his first week! he's so chuffed. It's really helping us by doing this together to egg eachother on, but also we cleared the house of food so we don't have anything to cheat with...yet lol.
