2ND WEIGH IN...:)...Scared of refeeding

hi david,
you can take as long or as short as you like to refeed with the maintenance sachets...i started monday but have left myself a stone to lose so am having 2 maintenance shakes and a meal!
i was worried too about the refeed but then all of a sudden it felt right to do it! you'll know when it's right for you!
plus the food on the refeed week is such "good" food that it feels clean inside you if that makes sense!
i don't know how much you've got to lose but don't stress about it yet just spend your time thinking about how little you need to keep you going and the amount you WERE overeating and getting it into your head that you don't need or want to do that any more....the rest will follow!
fab losses by the way.......roll on next weeks!!
