    Okay so I had a very loose weekend, in every sence of the word and am amazed to have stayed the same.

    I am back on the straight and narrow from today and have started the day off with a 25 minute walk to work and a bagel......

    Happy days....

    Am I the only one who caved on the long weekend??

    well done chick!! i did ok over the weekend, had to actually leave the room on sunday though when the kids were eating eggs arrrghhh lol

    Well done you, it wasnt even chocolate that was my problem, it was the convenice foods chips and crisps my biggest down fall......

    Looking forward to my week ahead xx

    oh me too, im a big chip lover!! i find that i need to just go cold turkey, because if i have one chip ill eat the whole bag!! lol

    treat night on friday and i have promised myself that this week im definately having something that has cheese in, i am addicted to the stuff and havnt had any for 5 weeks!!!

    I have been having super low fat soft cheese on bagels but my fav is cheese on toast and loads of cheese on pasta meals. too be honest I have stopped with the pasta/rice/bread because i cant just have a lil bit. so now I have veg instead. its a tough job though x

    Well done on the sts. Long weekend was no trouble for me - worked every night so slept all day long.

    Well done for staying the same.. i had one too many Lindo eggs - oops! and a Caribbean meal out with friends. But lost a lb this week so am happy.. though i wont be doing that again
