Well had my 2nd weigh in and not gud :break_diet: but it was my birthday at the weekend and i had so many meals out and also ALOT of drink .i.e 2 litre jug cocktail, 2 bottles wine and bottle of champagne just to name a few all to myself :eek::eek: sooooo i ended up puttin 2lb on!!:sigh: after losin 3 and 1/2 my first week BUT i know where i went wrong and know im right back on track :) anyone any gud advice for me?xxx

Lol.....you are still lighter than you were at the start Hun, so just knuckle down to the plan and you will loose the weight that you gained this week.
Enjoy your bacon and eggs too...thats what Im about to tuck into!

we will all have some occasion or another in our lives and we need to learn how to deal with them,as long as you get straight back to the program,lose the extra pounds you will be great
After all that celebrating I think just 2 1/2 lbs on is good.

I've known people put on 7lbs in a week before and not had as much fun as you! :D

Hope it comes off for you this week.
