    Just been for my 2nd weigh in and lost 5.5 lbs :D

    Thats a total of 11.5 in 2 weeks and I'm chuffed - should hit my first stone next week hopefully.

    well done Jan! thats a fab loss.

    We have similar amounts of weight to lose, and I am just going into my 3rd week so in a similar situation to you. I am finding it so much easier now, almost seems routine!

    Ooooh we have exactly the same amount left to lose lol :D

    I'm just trying to get my head round that it will work for me - hope the losses keep coming :)

    well done - your losses are great!
    im in a similar posistion, just had my second weigh-in, lost 4lbs which puts me to 10lbs in 2 weeks. im really pleased and you should be too!
