well done sharon, a loss is a loss regardless of how big or small it is.
even 3lbs a week is bang on track for a stone a month.

Your bmi is only 27 -- a three pound loss is fab. The closer you get to healthy bmi the fewer calories you will need to maintain your weight and slower the losses will be. I'd LOVE a 3 pound loss. I only lost 2 this week.
