I've lost 3lbs :sigh: Not much, I'm a little disappointed but hey ho. Carry on regardless. Mind you I'm having a day off tomorrow to celebrate Burns night, but I'll go easy.

Your bmi is only 27 -- a three pound loss is fab. The closer you get to healthy bmi the fewer calories you will need to maintain your weight and slower the losses will be. I'd LOVE a 3 pound loss. I only lost 2 this week.
