Just got back from chemist and have lost 4lb, a bit disappointed but it has been my totm and I did cheat yesterday still a loss is better than a gain

It's all down to looking after the grandkids, your sitting there with them and next thing you know they are shoving chocolate in your mouth. That'a my story and I am stickin to it
