4lb lost forever totaling 9lb! i am really pleased i have done alot of picking this week mainly when i'm cooking the kids dinners need to get out of this habbit,

a quick question how do you know when your in kitosis and if i eat something will i affect it?

well done, great news. now try and give up that picking

signs of ketosis are different in each of us but for me:
- freezing cold all the time
- constant weeing
- no hunger
- buzzy high on life
