i'm on day 2 santy,,feel fine,,went for walk and all today,,house so tidy ,, cleanin out of boredom,,lol

ye i do alot of that and when im bored i think of food so best to keep busy oh why cant i eat as much as i like and be slim so unfair lol

i think that,,why cant i eat what i like and be thin,,but it doesnt happen,,lol,,and i have wished and prayed to be skinny,,that doesnt work either,,so have to do it the hard way lol,,am starting aqua aerobics next week,,i cant swim,,i'm terrified,,but it beats the gym any day

oh god there is no such worry bout that fattothin,,lol,,im a lazy cow thats whats got me here,,i wouldn't mind but my hubby does marathons and all and i dont get any way motivated watchin hi going training lol

well i am on my third day everything seems to be okay but just hope that i lose some weight this week, some of your stories are great, i hope that i am this successful:)
3 days in?...... you seem to be doing really well, havnt you had any hunger or wobbly legs? I expect you'll be going into ketosis on day 4 or 5. Well done, and fingers crossed for a good weigh-in.
