Hi my name is Bethan and i'm new and this is my first post after lurking here a while. I am on my first week of SS and finding it OK so far.

My question is - I am 5ft 9inches and my CDC has told me I can have 4 packs a day as I am over 5ft 8 surely this wont be as effective as just doing 3 packs a day? I am worried it will low my weight loss as I am only an inch over 5ft 8.

    Any advice?

i'm on 4 packs cos i just over 5'9"... doesn't make them any less effective because for your height you need more nutrients and calories to function...

if you don't have all four packs it will be affected because your body can go into starvation mode storing everything it can get, which would cause smaller loses...

look at my sig... my loses have been great on 4 packs... xxx

    I wish I was 5' 9" - 0ne more pack would make a huge difference :sigh: but as a mini 5' 3" it' only 3 for me.

    Enjoy! :p
