3 UP in a row?

I'm heading away tomorrow and will be back on Wednesday. Is it ok to do 3 UP in a row, and then do a DD on Thurs & Sat?

Today was ID, I had planned a DD but ended up getting a burger and chips at chippy as new chippy opened in the village. STS weight wise this week, but not sure if thats because 2 DD turned into ID. I'm trying not to focus on the weekly weigh-in for now, and keep thinking about the long-term with JUDDD.

Any advice appreciated!
 
Well if h could manage a ID on Tuesday I would try that but if yr away and want to enjoy the food just do it.
The ratio a lot of ppl stick to is 5/2 and so if u get 2 DDs in I'd expect theres still chance to loose obviously depending on yr UPs! I know my holiday would mean binge more than regular eating lol.

Main thing is to have fun!! U can loose weight next week :-D x
 
The ratio on the programme was 5:2 but most of us do 4:3 I know I wouldn't lose doing just 2 DD s, thats my maintenance plan, but try it if it works for you then brill x
