Lost another 3 lbs this week making my total losses so far equal
4 stone 10 lbs!!!!!

I cannot believe how easy I have found CD to stick to and how much I have learnt so far about where I used to go SOOOOO wrong with my old eating habits/choices. This year is the first summer I am actually looking forward to in a decade!
Thank you to all the peeps on minis who have been so supportive over the last 13 weeks! If anyone out there is struggling, look at what I have done in just 13 weeks - the serial yo-yo dieter who could never stick to a diet for more than 2 weeks before discovering CD!!
Heres to the next 5 stone to lose on CD. Good luck to everyone this week. I'm off on holiday tomorrow for a week with OH and doggie (and all my packs!!).
