3 weeks in..

And i've only lost 3 lb :eek:

I have had a bad week/ weekend, as i was on star week last week and then i went out this weekend and TBH didnt follow plan, and then this week i've beenn ill again.. :sigh:

but, I managed to lose 1/2 lb at WI yesterday so all is not lost...

I'm just hoping for a more substantial lose next week.

I follow EE and i try and fit in as many SF foods as i can, but sometimes i'm just not hungry enough

I would like to lose at least 2lbs this week!!!

any idea's of what i can do??
 
I've found that the losses are pretty slow on EE so I'm doing red/green days this week to see if it helps!
 
3lb in 3 weeks is fine. Throughout my weightloss journey I've averaged lb a week and am now at target in just over 6 months. Losing slowing is the best way to lose as you are much less likely to put the weight back on.

jenxx please dont be dispondent. Some take the motorway route, some take the A road and a few take the B road but the important thing is that you get to your PAT and enjoy the journey along the way. We will get there in the end.:hug99:
