Keep drinking the water and stay 100% CD say wright loss averages at 3.5lb per week, but hey as long as the pounds come off...... Last time I did this diet I did have the odd week of only 1.5lb I must say I was gutted because I had been 100% but overall I lost 7.5 stone in 6 months and that was the result that mattered, you have done brilliantly so far, so don't worry too much, stay strong and keep the water flowing, this is deffo the key good luck Hun x

Unfortunately, there will be weeks where you have slow losses despite doing everything right. Not fair and definitely not funny but it happens on all diets, even this one. The trick is to keep going no matter what!
