30 day shred workout

Ive just started it - day 3 should have been today but I had to give up 6 minutes in coz Im in too much pain, lol. There are a number of people doing/done it on the Cambridge forum and the results have definitely been impressive.

I haven't done the 30 day shred but i got 2 exercise dvd's from poundland. They have about 4-5 different ones, think they have gimme gimme gimme, mikayla dodd,dancing on ice and some other.

Yes that's how I found out about it on the Cambridge forum. It looks good

I dont have 30 day shred but i have Jillian Michaels: Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism. Its a seriously good workout- i do all my work outs at home with dvds and exercise bike- it you keep it up you will loose serious weight! Its a hardcore exercise from Jillian but if you find yourself completely exhausted half way through stop and then come back later that day. Doesn't matter if you do it all in one go- exercise broken up throughout the day is fine according to research. If i do 30 minutes of it it 4-6 times a week I loose 5-6 Ibs!

I actually have this DVD at home right now and planned on starting the 30 days from tomorrow. I'm going to measure up before hand and see what difference it makes

I've just ordered the DVD so I'll let you know how it goes. If in 30 days you haven't heard from me... then its killed me.

I should b getting this delivered on Wednesday. I didn't realise you could lose so much weight with it thou!

Wow that's a good loss for doin 30 mins am gona do some research on that particular DVD thanks hun x

good luck and make sure you post on how it was and if you lost anything. Am jut scared il gain muscle and then it will affect my weight x

Nor did I but wen I saw the clips it looks like a proper intense workout so I wouldn't be surprised loll
