    After a disppointing 2.5lbs loss this week, I decided to take a leaf out of Sarah's book and tackle the 30 day shred DVD. And boy was it a killer. The cardio exercises were an utter nightmare. I'm not sure that I can face doing the DVD again tomorrow.

    I just hope that I can get out of bed tomorrow..... and that I can still walk.

    Anyone else doing the 30 DS?

    Mostly raw vegan
    I did it for 10 days before vacations and will come back to it. The first days are hell but it gets easier, there is a thread on the exercise forum you might consider to join.
