Ever seen biggest loser USA? It's a 20 min work out DVD by one of the trainers. For 10 days you do level 1 for 20 mins. The next ten days level 2 for 20 mins and level 3 for the remaining ten days. It's tough going but if you google you there's a few sites where people have posted their results xxx it mixes cardio strength and abs xxxx
Im up for it too.... But i work out better outside :-/ dvds aint my thing! Im upping my mileage every week. I can up it as im getting faster n will soon be jog-walking!!!
