30 Day Shred..

After reading this thread I've decided to do the 30DS every weekday after work, making that 5 times a week, and then I'll go to the gym on weekends when I have more time :)
 
Sounds like a good idea phoenyx.
As most of you have a Saturday WI I suppose starting on a Saturday makes sense.
Welcome to everyone who is up for the challenge!
(heck now I feel obliged to do the exercises - I suppose that's a good thing?)

Do we want a weekly or total chart? Assuming we're aiming for 30 workouts? (ten of each)

Argggh! I'm going to do it. Just gotta wait for the toy to go to bed, for fear of a funnel going astray and causing injury!
 
I had a 23 month old who provided additional resistance during the crunches, a target for the punches and a reason to widen the stance when squatting so he could slide in and out my legs.
Now sat on the upstairs settee in the study with "dead" legs. Considering just grabbing a blanket rather than crawling across the landing to my bedroom!

I feel sooo guilty. I was supposed to start over the weekend but Saturday I was too relaxed and I couldn't be ar*ed yesterday. Today I did a 45 minute circuit class at the gym so was knackered when I got home. I vow to make a concerted effort tomorrow.

Ugh. Thirty seconds into shred tonight and I felt really sick. Had to sit down. Had a muggy head all day it's now a stonking killer. So, I've failed today - probably wont get the chance tomorrow. Bah!!!
