well done . I loved SS+ ... balsamic vinegar is fine I used it all the time . hellmans do a fat free vinegrette thats ok but I prefered just balsamic ...
One of my faves was stuffed mushrooms ... I used to use 1or 2 large flat mushrooms ... fill with 1/2 tuna allowance and 1/2 cottage cheese allowance , mix in a little paprika and grate the mushroom stalk on the top .. then pop in the oven .. mmmmmm
