Awww she's gorgeous, but she has a naughty twinkle in her eye :) Here's my ratbag - looking innocent...hah! <img src="http://www.minimins.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=161947"/>

Is Orbit a girl or a boy? Looks so cute :) I adore cats! X

Well said, Lou - just view it as a series of individual days, that's what I've always done. Before I knew it I'd done over a thousand days, the vast majority of them on plan, and it honestly did seem to have gone quickly. It's such a cliche, and a terrible song for those of us old enough to remember, but "one day at a time" is a very appropriate mantra for weight loss. :) xx

I know you are right hun, I'm not feeling g like quitting just a bit sad I have to journey so long to see results! You are cat crazy lol

I know right now you aren't feeling like quitting, but if you ever do just remember that it will be worth it. So worth it xx

Yep, one day at a time - excellent reminder Tracy!

Hershey - Orbit is a girl, about 4 years old, on the tiny side - she was rescued by an astrophysicist - thus the name :D

I've got my stew on and I was making the dough for the bread and as I was kneading it I could hear Paul Hollywood on the telly making the exact same dough but instead of making a loaf, he made it in a 8 strand braid of bread so I have now done that!! It was fiddly to braid but it's done and now it's proving again for another hour.
I have taken photos to show off my skills lol, I will post them later when it's cooked. Can't wait to see how it turns out :) x

Here's my bread photo story:

Haha thank you :) I didn't see them do it, I will have a look on YouTube! Xx

YUM!!!!!!!! That plait looks amazing, and so does the stew! I love chorizo, not sure how it sits in the SW framework though.

Thank you all :)

The stew is super easy, if you can't have chorizo perhaps have SW friendly sausages or use chicken instead...

1 chorizo ring OR 4-6 sausages (cooked first) 3-4 chicken breasts

2 big carrots
1 large onion
1 large garlic clove
1 passata
1 tin cannelini beans
0.5 tsp chilli flakes or powder
Salt
Pepper

I chuck the first 4 ingredients in together and put the lid on as the chorizo is quite oily so it cooks the veg without needing extra oil, cook that for about 10 mins then chuck the rest in, put the lid on and turn it right down and let it simmer for at least 30 mins.

It's so easy and definitely a winter warmer.

If you are a slow cooker user, even better: bung in all ingredients, a bit of extra water (half a cup) and leave it for 4-6 hours on low!

ohh that looks lovely x x x x

Looks lush xx

Thanks for all the bread love :D

I am still full from tea so haven't craved any night time snacks. I'm looking forward to some of my bread toasted in the morning :)

So I've had ALOT of cals today, around 2100, but I'm allowed 2400 on MFP so I'm still under my limit which is amazing as I've eaten loads!

I'll be having a lower day tomorrow, perhaps 1600-1700 and more water so I don't do myself out of a good loss on Friday.

B: breakfast tart
L: tesco cheese and onion sandwich and hula hoops
T: chorizo and bean stew

Plus a kit Kat with my after tea cuppa :)

Jan 3rd : SUCCESS!

Feeling more and more in control and its a nice feeling. Don't know what's for tea tomorrow but will think of something in the morning.

Happy happy happy (hope I sleep tonight) :)

OMG Hun your tea looked YUM! Clever girl you! Giving Paul Hollywood and Mary Berry a run for their money!
Sounds like you are doing amazingly well Hun! Keep it up! And keep sharing your awesome ideas/recipes :)

Thank you :)

I didn't get to sleep until 4am and I'm barely awake now, I'm in bed writing this with one eye open. I told joe I've not slept so hes kindly sodded off down stairs to watch his tree surgeon videos so I can sleep with out the sound of chainsaws :D

These tablets are making me happier and less anxious but I also feel like a total zombie with a bad head. I've been taking them for 5 days now, so another 5 days and the side effects should wear off. I hope.

Night night everyone :D zzzzzzzz

Instead of sleeping I did my Paul McKenna app and had my hypnotic gastric band fitted :)

I'm not tired anymore, well I am a little but I won't sleep so I'm going to get up and try to be productive.

See 2015 thread for more details x

I tried that, just out of curiosity, but as I was unwilling to follow his golden rules of eating, it didn't have any effect on me, lol. But I have read quite a few success stories on here relating to it. :) xx
