Today is a brand new start and a brand new diary :)

I've gained quite a bit of weight recently and I can definitely feel it all on my stomach which I hate!

I want to lose the weight for 3 reasons.

1. to feel happy about my body
2. for my holiday in september
3. for my sisters wedding in february

I currently weigh 146lbs but want to get to 112lbs.

Going to add jogging into my mornings to kick start my day off and stop eating so much rubbish!
