Carrots
Boiled potatoes
Scrambled egg
Bacon fat removed
Snacks-
Grapes
3 merange nests - 7.5 syns
Squirty low fat cream - 3syns
Digestive biscuit - 2.5 syns
(spread through out day on 3 of them)
Milk for tea/egg HEA
Wasn't great first day but MUCH better eating than Iv been doing for the past year!!!
