Day 180 - Sunday 14th May 2017
B - chicken & chrizo sliders
S - was so thirsty that drank a large bottle of pink lemonade with real rasberries
L - fish pat thai stir fry - does not look nice but tasted good
S - apple, banana, yoghrt
D - picked at salmon & chicken whilst batch cooking for the week
S - cheese puffs & black tea
Exercise - took loads of stuff to the tip & had to climb up/down stairs to reach the container. Was doind that over 20 minutes

I am going to try not to eat after 6p.m and see how I get on and if it has any effect on my weight loss. I can eat fruits if still hungry.
