thanks everyone, was hoping for 1 to 2 lb a week so 3lb was a surprise, just put a fitness chart on my fridge hoping to do 30 mins a day at least, activities - swimming, walking dog, wii fit, workout dvds or bike (hopefully getting a trampoline soon heard they are good)
I have 3 charts on my fridge door
1. excersise progress chart (days of week, excercise options & mins, then i just fill in mins for each one)
2. food calories for each meal and total (days of week, brekkie, lunch, dinner, snacks & total for day)
3. calories in everyday food list ( found a little booklet in my local news agent)
i find this a big help and incentive, everytime i go to fridge it reminds me and helps me make lower calorie choices as i know i have to write it down on chart..
