I'm back, again. My last effort was over before it started!

Fortunately I haven't gained back tons of weight, 11.11 as of this morning! I have a wedding in 8 weeks, and I'm off to a meeting on Thurs! So here I go again!

Goal - 11st


Plan for tomorrow,
B. Greek yog and banana
L. ? Maybe JP
D. Salmon, broccoli, JP
S. Highlight hot choc, fruit
E. Running and weights
 
My first meeting back tonight! When I did this the first time round I was going to meetings and it worked, the second time I didn't, and wasn't as successful!

So,
B. fruit
L. Pasta n sauce, fruit
D. Salmon and veg
S. options (2syns), fibre plus (hexb), might also have a milky coffee to get my hexa in!

I'm guessing I'll be slightly heavier on the SW scale as I'll be fully clothed! I'll report back with official start weight.
 
Well, I was a bit heavier, 11.13. I blame the clothes....!
So I suppose it is my official day 1 tomorrow :) Although today has been a very good day!

Tomorrow,

L. Pasta 'n' sauce, fruit
D. SW quiche packed with veg, homemade chips
S. Fibre plus bar (hexb) & milky coffee (hexa)

No syns as I'm saving for a BBQ on Saturday, I'm a bit worried as I don't want to mess up early on. I'm taking food with me!
 
Today went great :) got in a little 3 miler as well before my glutes packed up (ouch!).

Tomorrow is the BBQ, so tonight I'm doing chicken in fat free yog and spices, vegi jambalaya and some corn cobs to bring with me! I used 2 syns on a highlights hot choc today, so I have 18 in my syns bank for drinks tomorrow. I'll also do a run and some weights in the gym tomorrow morning.

I think I did well at the BBQ :) I think I used between 25-30syns, so I'm calling it 30. Not much to claw back by Thurs :)

Today,
B. Beans on toast (no superfree :( ) (hexb)
L. Vegetable jambalaya (bursting with superfree!)
D. More Jambalaya and cheese (hexa)
S. Highlights hot choc (2 syns)

E. Possibly a run and weights later

I made the 1/2 syn roulade last night, yum!! I added options so it was infect 2 syn roulade.
My exercise didn't happen, so after 2 weeks off today is my return, I'm waiting for the bus now!

I had a cheeky peek at the scales, looks good :)

Syns - 54/70 I've reined them in incase I had more Sat night! Plus I'm out for dinner this Saturday night!

I don't think it's going to be an outstanding week 1, 3lbs maybe? It seems slower this time :(

Hi Danii,

Yes EE. Last time I did SW I started on EE and was going great (3lbs off target), then started meddling in green and red days and it all went pear shaped for me!
Are you going to classes?
 
Well... Ending up have a few drinks, not getti home until late and then getting Chinese... Wooops! Plus I have my meal out tonight, so that's all my syns gone until weigh day on Thurs!

Today
B/L - egg, SW chips and beans
D - dinner out (hexa and b)

Back to being very good tomorrow! The scales were down 2lbs this morn, but doubt that'll last!
 
Last night was soooooooooooo nice!!
I ended up having hake fillet, then shared a cheeseboard with the boyf. It was lovely! Back on it 100% today. Going to try and keep the syns to a minimum too.

Today!
B/L - eggs, sw chips and beans. Fruit.
D - Beef, carrots, asparagus, corn and potatoes (hexb - oil) and gravy (2syns)
S - milky coffee (hexa), mango and yog

E - Climbing, running, gym

I'm realllllllllllly hoping for 2lb. Despite some over indulgences Fri and Sat evening, I've been good, and done lots of exercise!

Today
B. Spinach and onion omelette
L. Ryvita (hexb), dairylea (hexa), turkey ham, tomatoes. Melon.
D. Salmon, homemade chips and spinach. Followed by quark and melon (3 syn)
S. yoghurt, tangerines

E. Running

This weeks menu has been very repetitive! At least it has kept me on track!

Everything crossed for tomorrow!
