3rd day food diary

    It's my 3rd day and here goes :-

    Poached egg on wholemeal bread(hexb)


    Salad with chicken and light mayo (synned)

    Grapes and blueberries

    Jacket potato with cheese (hexa) and beans

    Any cups of tea will syn the milk and maybe have treat after tea to use rest of syns :)

    Any feedback for this would be great as only 3rd day
