3rd day

well im still doing it, and survived my 2 night shifts!:)
not really feeling hungry anymore,more habbit to break of wanting to eat all the time!lol!:D
it will be my 4th day tomorrow and i feel lighter already!
thanks for all your support the past few days:p
 
Well done for getting to day 3. You're doing great. I bet you can't wait for your weigh in! That'll really spur you on. Keep up the good work.
 
You'll be feeling even better by the 5th - 7th day, you'll see! What's worst has passed, except for cravings maybe. But you shouldn't be at risk of headaches, dizziness etc. any longer - if anything, it'll get easier and you'll feel quite energetic!

As MiniB said- your first weigh-in will make it all worthwhile!
