I'm in my 3rd week and i've already lost 18lbs im feeling really low this week as my boyfriend dumped me last weekedn adn im an emotional comfort eater. With food as my friend its dificult when on the CD. I have had a pretty good week and im in Ketosis so I know I should not feel hungry but i feel tonight I could eat a horse....
still have not eaten though
