3rd week in ss and missing food....help!!

    :confused: I'm new to this...it's my third week in to ss on cd. Have already lost 12lbs in two weeks and am really pleased! This week though I am finding it soooooo hard! Am missing food, I don't want to come off the diet, has anyone any advice on staying focused?
    My start weight was 13st 8lbs

    Awwww babe...Know how u feel. Its wk2 for me and Im kinda in the same situation..and especially being the wknd and everyone munching around etc... Ive just gone through my photos again and its just kinda freshened things in my mind again how much I need to and want to loose. Also Ive visited some websites and looked at some catalogues for clothes that I really want to be wearing THIS summer....and the only way thats gonna happen is if I stay strong on cd.
    Stick to it...uv done so so well to get this far...dont blow it all. Hugs. x

    Have a read through some of the posts in here...especially the before and after thread. I find it really motivating. No other diet can have such wonderful results, so quickly.
    Also if you find yourself thinking about giving it, just post and comment on other posts. Being part of that like-minded community will work wonders for you.
