..and I have lost 3lbs. So I am now up to 7lbs loss in 3 weeks. It's not alot, but I'm happy with that. It's the weight of a healthy newborn baby lol

thank you both. I was hoping to get into the "19's" this week, but even if I only lose 1lb next week, that will take me out of the "20's"
