3st to lose...thinking about SW.. red days

Hi guys,
I need to lose 3stone, and after being on many diets I have only ever lost weight significantly on Cambridge diet, i lost 3 stone on that and over 2 years have put it back on.
I know i could get the weight off in 3 months of CD, but i just cant face that diet again:wave_cry::jelous:
So i am looking for something with 'real' food, where i dont have to cook seperate meals to my family....
I know i have issues with bread/ pasta / potatoes, they make me sluggish and bloated, so i am looking at SW, but can i do the Red days 100% or do i have to add Green days too ??

Any advise is greatly appreciated,

Of course you can do mainly red days :D Thats what I do now. I throw in the odd green and EE day as a treat, or if I fancy ie egg , chips and beans, or chilli with rice :D

I love red days and even make pretend chips as I call them from bns and celeriac :D if I can do this anyone can :) xxxxx

Hi! The beauty of SW is that you can do whichever plan you want. You could day red every day if you want - although personally I would find that purgatory as I'm always starving on red plan. But Green and EE are not all about pasta and potatoes - there are loads of other free foods you may find easier.
