4 days off plan But am back on it for my 2nd 6 months

Hi I did ww 100% for 6 months Friday came and Butlins so trying my hardest to point I gave up and had 4 days off plan Naughty Cherry :) But I'm proud to say I'm back on ww today and do you know why me having 4 days off is good ???? As I am back on plan and I'm not yoyoing or staying off plan like I have the past 22 years ,also this time when I had time off I didn't go mad eat aload or just pig out, I know I'll have a gain simply as I had high pointed meals BUt maybe I've learnt finally to control my eating?

Hey hun, you never know may still be a loss due to the amount of points you've probably saved from SP every week for 6 months hehe :) i've gone over points before and still lost that week!

Glad to know your straight back on WW this week after 4 days off, it will do you good to have a few days off hun like i've said in other thread will release some of the pressure you put on yourself to be 100%... you've done amazing and i admire you for staying 100% for so long wish i could be like that!

Sometimes I think it can actually be pretty healthy to have a few days off (within reason of course). You have done amazingly well and deserved just to relax for a bit. As you know sometimes you can gain even when you do plan 100% you can still have a gain. Now even if you do have a gain you know exactly why and at the end of the day, one weeks gain isn't the end of the world!
