That's all I have left to lose. Determined to get that shifted by August !! SSing is all the way woohoo!! Wanted to share my excitement as I am now so motivated !! Been cheating the last couple of weeks but gave myself a firm talking to. Now nothing is getting in my way!!!

That's so good! I have just restarted after doing it last year and losing 3 stones out of 6 I had to lose. I've put 2 back on but I'm determined to finish this off! Got 4 and a half to go good luck with the rest of your journey.
