40 day slim fast challenge <3

Hello Jen, here to sub, i love how good you are at sticking to the slim fast plan and exercising, you are showing how well it can work =)

I tried it for a couple of weeks before i went away and have been back a month now and i have managed to lose a bit more with CC again but thinking i might try slim fast again for a boost hmmm we will see x

Wow I can actually fit into an amazing tight fitted size 12 that I couldn't do up two weeks ago, it's amazing milestones like this that keeps Me going <3

Well today I am feeling more motivated than ever :) been jumping on my exercise bike whenever I have a few mins free, doing star jumps around the house (husbands looks at me like I'm weird) lol and will be doing the shred later :) loving the changes I can see in my body. X
