Having a mid-life crisis

Just worked that out, so at least I'm over halfway and hopefully downhill from here! 90 shakes to go, lol

Can't say its been easy, in fact this week I've struggled quite a lot :( Rumbly tummy and everything but so far have plodded on through.

I'm aiming to do refeed from 17/3/10 and hopefully will be at goal weight of 10st6lbs by then.

My ultimate goal will be 10 stone (ish) so if I've gone past my original goal by the 17/3, all the better, however I'm going on holiday on the 28/3/10 so at least will have had a good week of refeed before I go. (Not that I'm planning on going mad on holiday, I plan to be as good as I can be, I would be devastated if I came back a stone heavier!)

Depending on what weight I am on the 17/3, and whatever (none I hope) I gain on holls, then after my holls I may well do another couple of weeks of LT or try and lose the final few lbs by healthy eating...dunno yet!
