NSVs (Non-Scale Victories)
Do fitness at least 3 times a week for a month (then continue)
Be comfy in red Michael Kors US14 jeans
Be comfy in Hilfinger cropped jeans US12
Get into US 10
Get into Goal Jeans US 8
Be comfy in US 8 Jeans (and NEVER gain out of them!)
