This is it folks, one more attempt and hopefully my final one.

I know I'll do it this time, I'm well motivated and far too heavy and have a gorgeous coat in my wardrobe I bought last year in size 14 that I can't wear !!

More incentive is that I am going away on a holiday and cruise to Canada and Alaska in May and I want to be fit and healthy

Why don't you come and join the January starters thread. They are all good reasons to get the weight off there but think that losing weight is not just for an event/holiday, it needs to be for life for it to stay off.

I have been back on it for a couple of months now, not so great over the festive period but back to it now that we are all back to normality, well, as best we can with the weather!!!
