4th attempt...any advice greatly appreciated!!

    Hi guys.
    Im starting cambridge 2morrow and this will be my 4th maybe 5th attempt over the last 18 months. Was doing well on weight watchers but over the last 4 weeks been totally off the rails and put it all back on plus more. Im going to cyprus in 10 weeks with 5 friends and they are all size 8-10 so i seriously need to lose weight and feel cambridge is my last hope! I will weight myself in the morning but i am roughly 12 stone 7, im 5'6 and im 23 years old. Would love to get to 11 stone for holiday! How do u all stick to it and not get tempted? im normally good the first few days but then struggle so any tips would be great. Thanks everyone and hope everyone else is doing great x x

    I think just thinking about your friends being smaller will get you to goal .

    was cambridge now exante
    distraction, i keep myself busy even if its just doing cross stitch or lots of reading

    manicures are good, cant eat while im painting my nails, lol
    if ive an event coming up i find it much easier to stay focused. i buy an outfit thats too small but that i would like to get into on the day and keep trying it on to see how much further i need for it to look nice
