    Poached egg on wholemeal bread (hexb)
    Salad with chicken ad light mayo (synned)
    Half grapefruit
    Jacket potato with cheese (hexa) beans
    Wagon wheel (synned)
    Two cups of tea with milk and sugar synned

    Maybe try adding more superfree veggies to your evening meal? I bulk mine out with onions mushrooms and tomatoes or add bakes beans or mushy peas as super speed to all meat and fish meals...it helps me cut down on the portion of protein so less calories and keeps me full so i snack less...most of your superfree seems to be fruit so maybe just trying adding some more with your meals? Maybe you are with the salads ...i dont do salad so tend to stick to my veggies feels more comforting and less like diet food to me that way!
